The Coach Behind the Plan

I’m Kelly Greenslade, a strength coach and sports nutritionist who helps high-performing women build structure, energy and confidence without the all-or-nothing fitness bullshit.

For the last 5+ years, I’ve coached hundreds of women across Australia, the US and Europe, busy professionals, mums, shift workers, athletes, women who felt stuck, exhausted, or unsure where to start.

But before I was a coach, I was you.

I was drowning in a corporate career, juggling motherhood, burnt out, depressed, and constantly starting over with my health. I tried every “quick fix” that promised results and delivered nothing but guilt and exhaustion.

I didn’t need another diet, I needed structure, clarity, and a simple plan that actually fit my life.

Strength training was the turning point.
It rebuilt my confidence, my energy, my body, and eventually my career.
I went on to study sports nutrition with Sports Nutrition Australia, build my coaching frameworks, and become a competitive physique athlete, but the real success wasn’t the stage. It was the ability to bring evidence-based methods into real women’s lives in a way that feels doable, empowering and sustainable.

Now I coach from real experience, not perfection.
I understand the mental load, the overwhelm, the pressure to “do it all,” and the shame spiral that comes with starting and stopping.
