GeneralDoes online coaching actually work?
Better than most people expect. You get more contact, more detail and more accountability than a weekly in-person session — weekly check-ins where I read your data and adjust, video breakdowns, and direct access when you're stuck. “I looked into two face-to-face coaches between seasons, but neither gave me anything more than I already had with Kelly.”Gavin — Physique, coached online
GeneralIs coaching worth the money?
Good coaching isn't a cost — it's what stops you wasting years guessing. Nearly every client tells me the same thing: I wish I'd done this sooner. “I nearly didn't sign up because of the money. It's the best thing I've done for myself.”Jane
GeneralI've had a coach before — how is this different?
Most online coaching is a copy-paste program and a monthly check-in. This isn't that. We find what's actually holding you back, then build the plan around you — and change it as you change. “She wants to understand you and your goals first, then builds the BEST program to get you there.”Katherine — lost weight, built muscle, learnt macros
GeneralDo I need to be an athlete to work with you?
Not at all. If you train, and you want your body to change, you're in the right place. A lot of my clients start nervous on the gym floor and leave knowing exactly what they're doing. “I came from group classes and lacked the confidence to lift on the gym floor. Through Kelly's support my confidence grew.”Colleen — perimenopause
GeneralDo I have to compete?
Never. Most of my clients never step on a stage. Competing is one path I offer, not the point — the point is building a body and habits that actually last.
GeneralWhat if this is just how my body is now?
It's almost never your body — it's that your training, nutrition and decisions aren't pulling in the same direction. Line them up and things move, even when you were sure they wouldn't. “I'd tried health change many times before. Kelly was the missing piece of the puzzle.”Megan
PhysiqueI already train hard — why isn't my body changing?
Because effort isn't usually the problem. When results stall it's almost always that your training, nutrition and decisions aren't aligned. This pathway finds where your effort's leaking and fixes it. “I'd tried many times before. Kelly was the missing piece.”Megan — finally saw change
PhysiqueWill lifting make me bulky?
No. Building visible shape and 'bulky' are different things — we train for definition, tone and strength, matched to the physique you actually want. “I've regained muscle tone, lost centimetres from my waist and restored definition in my shoulders.”Janene
PhysiqueHow long until I see real change?
You'll feel the difference in how you train and eat quickly; visible change is a season, not a week. I'd rather build something that holds than sell you a fortnight that doesn't.
PhysiqueDo I need a full gym?
We build around your setup and your life, not the other way around — home, commercial gym, or splitting time between both. “I'm a FIFO worker and we built a program that works whether I'm home or away.”Stephanie
Contest PrepI've never competed — can you take a complete beginner?
Yes — most of my competitors started exactly there. We build a long runway so you step on stage prepared, not rushed. “I competed in my first season as a Bikini athlete and made podium finishes. Kelly was there for every show.”Annette — first season
Contest PrepAm I too old to compete?
No. Age is a starting point, not a ceiling. If you're willing to do the work, there's a stage for you. “Just because I'm in my 60s doesn't mean I'll give up on feeling strong and confident. It is never too late.”Takako — stepped on stage in her 60s
Contest PrepIs competing actually healthy?
Done properly, yes. We get you stage-ready with your health and your relationship with food intact — that's the point of doing it with a coach who's competed and ranked. “I wanted to hit my goals while keeping a healthy relationship with food and my body. Kelly made the journey matter as much as the result.”Maddiie — podium in nearly every division
Contest PrepCan I prep around a busy life?
Prep bends around real life — work, family, travel — because it has to. If your life is full, we plan for that, not around a fantasy version of your week. “I was a full-time working single mum of two and still made podium in almost every division.”Maddiie
NutritionWill I have to give up the foods I love?
No. We fuel the physique or performance you want with food you'll actually eat — real meals, real flexibility, room for the things you enjoy. “She gave me actual delicious recipes that were easy to prep — I could even fit a few treats into my macros before training.”Josh — triathlon
NutritionWill this work for my sport — HYROX, CrossFit, endurance?
Yes. We line your nutrition up with how you train, so you perform better and recover faster instead of leaving results on the table. “Kelly took me from turning up to Fitstop to genuinely seeing myself as an athlete — competing in HYROX and chasing PBs.”Chloe — HYROX
NutritionDo I have to count macros forever?
No — the goal is to teach you how it works so you can run it yourself. Plenty of clients keep me on for the accountability, but you leave with the knowledge either way. “I now have the tools to keep going in a way that doesn't feel burdensome.”Online lifestyle client
The AppIs the app enough support on its own?
For a lot of people, yes — it's the same system I train my clients with, laid out so you're never guessing what to do next. “I didn't have to think about my training plan — it was all set out in her easy-to-use app, and I learnt so much.”Nikki — 21-day challenge
The AppCan I start on the app and move to one-to-one later?
Absolutely — that's how a lot of clients do it. Start self-guided, get a feel for how I coach, and step up to one-to-one when you're ready for more eyes on your progress.
The AppWhat if I'm a total beginner?
The app is built to be followed, not decoded. Everything's structured for you, so beginners can start with confidence instead of standing in the gym wondering what to do.
40+ / PerimenopauseIs it too late to start in my 40s, 50s or 60s?
No — this is exactly who I love working with. Your body still responds; it just needs a smarter approach than the one that worked at 25. “Fifteen months later I'm a completely different woman. It is never too late.”Takako — stepped on stage in her 60s
40+ / PerimenopauseWhy has what always worked stopped working?
Because perimenopause changes the rules. Under-fuelling and endless cardio — the old 'eat less, do more' — often stall you now, when building and keeping muscle matters most. “Kelly helped me understand why under-fuelling at this stage can actually stop you seeing results.”Colleen — perimenopause
40+ / PerimenopauseWill lifting make me bulky (through perimenopause)?
No — it does the opposite of what you fear. Strength training is what restores tone, shape and definition through this stage of life. “I've regained muscle tone and restored definition in my shoulders.”Janene
40+ / PerimenopauseI'm already exhausted — won't more training make it worse?
Not when it's the right training, fuelled properly. Most women in this stage come to me drained and leave with more energy, not less. “Not only did I start seeing results, my energy levels increased and my confidence grew.”Colleen
Booking a CallIs the call a sales pitch?
No. It's a real conversation — think of it like a diagnosis. I ask the questions, you get clarity. If coaching's a fit, I'll say so. If it's not, I'll tell you that too.
Booking a CallWhat if I'm not sure I'm ready?
That's exactly what the call is for. You'll leave with a clearer next step either way — even if that step isn't with me.
Booking a CallHow long is the call, and what do I prepare?
About 15 minutes, and nothing to prepare. Just be ready to talk honestly about your goal and what's getting in the way.
